Lovely photos have reached us from Beijing, China, which served as the setting for the 11th Barth Haas Brewing Raw Materials Seminar last week.
Michael Wöß, Weyermann® Head of R&D, was our Weyermann® ambassador on site at this event.
As part of the seminar, industry experts shared their specialist knowledge with the approximately 150 participating brewers from all over China. Michael Wöß enriched the seminar with a lecture on the importance of the pH value and the use of specialty malts.
A wheat beer with 100% Weyermann® malt was brewed especially for the seminar, which the participants enjoyed during a tasting session.
In addition to representing our family malthouse at the seminar, Michael Wöß also visited loyal Weyermann® customers. Personal contact and exchange with our customers at home and abroad are extremely important to us. That’s why it’s always on the agenda when it comes to planning the business travels!
