The Weyermann® Pilot Brewery is equipped with a 250L Kaspar Schulz brewery, which is fully automated and has been installed with the latest technology available.
Our brewery is equipped with a wide variety of fermentation and conditioning tanks, so that we can replicate almost any brewing methods, that our customers wish to try out. Our brewmaster, also operate a small filling line, to ensure the highest quality for bottling.
The brewery is controlled using a state-of-the-art laboratory, where various beer parameters can be checked and tracked. Quality assurance and product consistency is not only our highest priority in the malthouse and during malt production. It also is very important to us in the brewing process.
At the brewery we offer trainings for our own Weyermann® staff, customers and worldwide distribution partners. If you are an international brewer and would love to come and brew with our staff in Bamberg, let us know!
Creative brewers can utilize our Weyermann® trial brewery and produce 2.5 – 2.8 hl of their beer inspirations. In this modern and versatile brewery, built by Kaspar Schulz in Bamberg, brewers can put their brewing ideas into practice using freshly produced Weyermann® specialty malts.
The Bamberger Hofbräu® beers and the Weyermann® beer product line are exclusive products manufactured at the Weyermann® Pilot Brewery.
