This week our Weyermann® customer consultants Max Berchtold (l.) and Jörn Petersen (r.) are undergoing further educational training in Hohenheim.
The two are taking part in the distillery course of the University of Hohenheim to expand their expertise in the field of distilling – for our customer consultants at Weyermann® a tradition!
During the five-day intensive course, they will receive insights into the areas of microbiology, alcohol metabolism, filtration, distillation technology and many more.
Through regular further educational courses and the acquirement of profound expert knowledge we are able to guarantee the best consultation for our customers in terms of malt.
