What a joy it has been to finally be able to welcome customers and partners from all over the world to the Weyermann® Distilling Seminar in our house again!
We welcomed brewing customers and distributors from Denmark, Sweden, Bulgaria, Mexico and the United States for a week of training and fun.
In a perfect mix of theory and practice (lectures, workshops and tastings), our guests received extensive knowledge of distilling with our Weyermann® specialty malts from our Weyermann® distillery manager Philipp Schwarz.
In addition, getting to know the Franconian beer and brewing culture was on the agenda – of course they had to try a „Schlenkerla“ – as well as a visit to our brewery and distillery customer, the Brauhaus am Kreuzberg in Hallerndorf-Schnaid.
A look behind the scenes of our specialty malts production and a visit to our in-house craft bakery and brewery including tastings rounded off the eventful week.
The feedback from the participants, who only had words of praise for the event – from the organization, preparation, execution and framework program – shows that the seminar week was a complete success!
