This includes the certified requirements and documentation according to the EU Organic Regulation, Bioland, Demeter and Naturland guidelines, JAS, Bio-Suisse.
In addition, it is also important to Weyermann® to also meet the Kosher requirements.
Recently, it was time for our annual Kosher Audit.
Therefore we welcomed Rabbi Arie Folger (Kosher FK) at Weyermann® Malts.
Rabbi Folger checked whether our processes correspond to the Kosher guidelines.
After a tour of the company we successfully passed this audit!
