Weyermann® now has two internationally accredited sensory experts for the evaluation of bread & biscuits, certified by the German Agricultural Society (DLG).
Ulrich Festl is the team leader direct-customer business and responsible for the baking and food industry in Europe. Friedrich Rauh, as our Weyermann® Craft Baker, helps our customers with practical questions.
Both of them participated and successfully passed the intensive seminar of the DLG at the German Bakers Academy in Weinheim in July.
The DLG seminars are aimed at specialists from the food industry who deal with quality assurance, quality monitoring and product development of food.
Besides intensive sensory exercises, product knowledge is deepened and the recognition of deviations is trained.
