Social Gathering in the Brewers Lounge to Celebrate the Double Anniversary of Sabine Weyermann and Franziska Weyermann

Last Thursday, all Weyermann® employees came together in the Brewers Lounge to congratulate Sabine Weyermann and Franziska Weyermann on their remarkable anniversaries.

Sabine Weyermann celebrated her 40th work anniversary – four decades during which, as Managing Director in the fourth generation, she has shaped and developed the company together with her husband Thomas Kraus-Weyermann. Franziska Weyermann looks back on 15 years in the family business. As a representative of the management in the fifth generation, she helps shape the future of Weyermann® with expertise, international experience, and a clear focus on collaboration.

The gathering was marked by appreciation, exchange, and an open atmosphere. Once again, Partyservice Ludwig provided culinary variety, offering bratwursts, vegetable sandwiches, and Bamberg-style turkey or pork onion steaks – each served in bread or baguette.

Thomas Kraus-Weyermann addressed his wife Sabine Weyermann and daughter Franziska Weyermann in his speech. He honored the impulses both have given – with foresight, clarity, and an open ear for people. His words drew great attention and reflected the strong sense of connection within the company.

Sabine Weyermann also spoke to the employees, sharing an open and personal reflection on her four decades at Weyermann®. She emphasized how important daily collaboration has been on her journey and how much she values working with the team.

“I could only reach these 40 years because I have a super friendly, good, and competent team behind me – a team that motivates and inspires me. I love to travel, but I always enjoy coming back because I know: There’s a team waiting for me that gets along well and is simply unique in the world.”

Her words reflected the deep bond with the company and the people who help shape it. The atmosphere was characterized by mutual appreciation and a shared look at what has been achieved – and what lies ahead.

Employees had the opportunity to offer personal congratulations and take commemorative photos with the two managing directors. Group pictures of Sabine Weyermann and Franziska Weyermann with individual departments were especially popular – a visible sign of unity and joy in working together.
