The first VLB African Brewing Seminar online (ABS) kicks off today and will last until Friday.
The seminar is aimed at operations and quality employees of African breweries. It focuses on imparting knowledge about the brewing process – from the selection of raw materials and the individual steps in the brewhouse to quality control and bottling.
In addition to VLB lecturers, invited guest speakers will also share their specialist knowledge with the brewers. This also includes our Weyermann® Malting & Brewing Expert Axel Jany. Today at noon (CEST) he will share his know-how about malt production with the participants.
