Ricardo Molina Microbrewing Seminar 2022
Recently the Microbrewing Seminar of our Weyermann® distribution partner for Spain and Portugal, Ricardo Molina, took place in the beautiful city of Madrid.
It was the tenth time that the team of Ricardo Molina has invited brew enthusiasts from the craft brewing scene to its annual, technical seminar.
In the course of the event experts from the brewing sector shared their expert knowledge on malts, hops and yeast and answered the questions of the over 30 attending craft brewers.
Xavier Galobart, Weyermann® Key Account Manager, represented Weyermann® Malts on-site and informed about the newest developements in our company.
Our second Weyermann® ambassador was Alirio Caldera, Weyermann® International Malting & Brewing Expert, who was connected to the event digitally and gave two exciting lectures on the topics of dark lagers and heirloom malts.
The seminar was a great success, as Carlos Nunez from Ricardo Molina reports: “Everything was perfect at our seminar. The feedback about the place, the atmosphere, the beers and food, the high technical level of the lectures and the presence of the most important craft brewers was just fantastic!”
