This week Christiane Müller (SGS-ICS) successfully conducted the FSSC audit according to the new version 5.1 at the Heinz Weyermann® Roasted Malt Beer Brewery.
For the first time, the new version 5.1 also includes the product development R&D area. This area now also meets the high audit standard.
The FSSC (Food Safety System Certification) is the strictest food standard and internationally approved by the GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative).
These standards also include BRC and IFS.
After one and a half intensive days we successfully passed the audit.
During the appointment, Christiane Müller complimented the continuous development and improvement of the FSSC at the Heinz Weyermann® Roasted Malt Beer Brewery.
