Retirement farewell: Robert Linhardt

At the end of this month, we will bid farewell to our esteemed employee Robert Linhardt as he enters his well-deserved retirement after many years of dedicated service.

Since joining us in 1994, Robert Linhardt has made a unique and lasting impact on our red and yellow Weyermann® world. His journey first took him into production and, a little later, into shipping, before he returned in 2012 to his permanent workplace – the heart of our company, the malting department. Since then, as a roaster, he was instrumental in producing our unique roasted and caramel malts. With great passion and care, he worked every day together with his colleagues to maintain the high quality of our products.

What truly distinguishes Robert Linhardt is his calm and thoughtful manner, his many years of experience, and his always careful, conscientious approach to every task. As a reliable and valued colleague, he was an important anchor within our team.

We thank Robert Linhardt for all the good he has brought into our red and yellow Weyermann® world and wish him a happy and peaceful retirement!
