Barth Haas brewing raw materials seminar 2023, Beijing, China

Right this moment, our Weyermann® head of R&D, Michael Woess, is above the clouds on his way to China!

Our long-standing Weyermann® distribution partner for China, Barth Haas, has invited to a brewing raw materials seminar, in which Michael Wöß will take part in as Weyermann® ambassador.

As part of the seminar, invited speakers will share their expert knowledge with the 150 participating brewers from China.

Michael Woess will give a lecture on the importance of pH-value and the usage of specialt malts.

A wheat beer containing 100% Weyermann® malts was brewed specifically for the seminar, which participants will get to enjoy during a tasting session.

Michael Woess will of course also use his stay to visit customers on site!
