American Craft Spirits Convention & 6. James B. Beam Institute Industry Conference 2025
Two exciting, inspiring, and thoroughly wonderful weeks lie behind our Weyermann® International Malting & Brewing Expert Axel Jany, who spread the red and yellow spirit in North America.
His journey first led him to Tucson, Arizona. There, as an ambassador of our specialty malting company he attended the American Craft Spirits Convention & Expo. This event is a central gathering for the craft spirits industry in the USA and is aimed at professionals in the field. The convention offers educational opportunities and an exhibition showcasing the latest products and services in the beverage industry, along with numerous networking opportunities with like-minded individuals.
From Tucson, he then traveled to Lexington, Kentucky, where the 6th James B. Beam Institute Industry Conference took place. This event provided a platform for exchanging trends and best practices in the distillery industry, including sustainability, technology, and agriculture. It featured presentations by industry experts, networking opportunities, an exhibition, and special events such as a distillery tour.
During his stay, Axel Jany also took the opportunity to visit loyal Weyermann® customers, thereby strengthening our red and yellow bridges of friendship.
We thank Axel Jany for his wonderful efforts and the team of our distribution partner for the USA and Canada, BSG, for their support!
