This is the best way to summarize our Weyermann® beer seminar “Bock Beer Special” from last week!
12 enthusiastic participants came together in our Weyermann® Visitors to immerse themselves into the exciting world of bock beer.
Under the expert guidance of our experienced Weyermann® beer sommelier Tim Zenglein, the beer fans tasted five exquisite bock beer specialties brewed with Weyermann® malts and got to know the versatility of this beer style first hand.
The tasting program included a barrel-aged pale bock, a dark winter bock, a smoked bock, a hoppy bock and a dry hopped wheat bock – all creations of regional Weyermann® customers as well as specialties from our in-house Weyermann® brewmanufacture.
The exclusively positive feedback from the participants only proves how interesting and fascinating it was to experience beer in a whole new dimension.
For two of those present, this was the second beer seminar in a row. A week earlier, they had already attended a smoked beer tasting in Fürth, which Tim Zenglein conducted in cooperation with a beer sommelier friend from Nuremberg. Their enthusiasm led them to register for the Weyermann® bock beer seminar that same evening.
