Fedor Nikolashkin at the School of Fermentation Technology Conference 2026
We look back with many positive impressions on our participation in the School of Fermentation Technology Conference 2026 in Targanice, a small town southwest of Kraków in Poland.
Our Weyermann® International Malting & Brewing Expert Fedor Nikolashkin attended the event as part of the program and conducted a workshop dedicated to the diverse world of Weyermann® malts. The focus was on selected specialty malts, their sensory characteristics, and their practical applications in brewing.
The diversity of our raw materials became particularly tangible through the accompanying presentation of selected beers from the Weyermann® Pilot Brewery. This allowed participants to directly experience and compare the characteristic aromas, colors, and flavor profiles of Weyermann® malts.
The workshop provided space for professional exchange, inspiring discussions, and new impulses around malt, beer, and creative brewing concepts. With great interest, participants took the opportunity to learn more about the Weyermann® product range.
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to our Weyermann® International Malting & Brewing Expert Fedor Nikolashkin for the dedicated workshop, the inspiring presentation of our malts and beers, and the engaging professional exchange with the participants. The School of Fermentation Technology Conference 2026 will remain in our memory thanks to many valuable encounters and insightful impressions.
