This very moment our Weyermann® Head of R & D, Michael Woess, is high above the clouds on his way to China. More precisely he is headed to Chengdu, the capital of the Chinese province of Sichuan, on a pre-Christmas red and yellow mission.
The Chinese Institute for Fermentation has invited to the “Distilled Spirits” conference, in which Michael Wöß will take part as a Weyermann® ambassador.
As a guest speaker at this conference, he will give a lecture on whisky recipes and the use of our Weyermann® Distilling Barley Malt.
Additionally, two Collaboration Brew Days are on his travel agenda!
