Weyermann® Academy: Team Development Workshop

As part of the Weyermann® Academy, our emerging and experienced leaders gathered for a two-day team development workshop with trainer Lars Hofmann at Hotel Schloss Burgellern in Scheßlitz.

The workshop focused on team dynamics, different roles within a team, and the key factors that contribute to successful collaboration. Participants gained valuable insights for their leadership journey and reflected on how strong teams develop and grow.

One of the central takeaways was clear: trust is the foundation of successful teamwork. It grows through appreciation, social competence, and an open and respectful approach to working with others.

Participants particularly highlighted the strong sense of togetherness at Weyermann® and the high level of trust in the company’s leadership. These values are an important part of our corporate culture and provide the basis for successful collaboration.
