With our Weyermann® Weyerol® Non‑Alcoholic, we continue this journey – crafting an aperitif for all those who wish to enjoy consciously without compromising on flavor diversity or style.
A non‑alcoholic aperitif with character
Our Weyermann® Weyerol® Non‑Alcoholic combines notes of bitter orange, fine herbs, and natural botanicals to create a fresh and sparkling taste experience. Its vibrant red color, inspired by Italian aperitif culture, reflects the craftsmanship that defines us.

From surprise to product
The idea for this non‑alcoholic aperitif originated from a special gift:
To mark Franziska Weyermann’s 15‑year anniversary within the family company, the Weyermann® Distillery team – led by Master Distiller Philipp Schwarz and working closely with the Weyermann® Brewmanufacture – created a unique, non‑alcoholic aperitif inspired by her love for Italian aperitifs.
From this surprise emerged a product that today enriches our portfolio.

Availability and enjoyment on site
The Weyermann® Weyerol® Non‑Alcoholic (<0.5% ABV, 0.33 L), along with many other specialties from our Distillery and Brewmanufacture, is available at the Weyermann® Shop Living & Drinking and via our onlineshop.
In May, we will once again launch the new season of the Weyermann® Afterwork Standing Tap, taking place every Thursday (excluding public holidays) at Memmelsdorfer Straße 75 in Bamberg. The classic Weyermann® Weyerol® already delighted guests in 2025 – and in 2026, it is joined by its non‑alcoholic counterpart.
