Welcome to the Weyermann® Team!

Today, we had the pleasure of welcoming four new apprentices to their first day at Weyermann® Malz – a special moment marking the beginning of an exciting new chapter in their professional lives.

After a warm welcome and a brief introduction to key procedures, the focus shifted to getting to know one another. New and experienced apprentices engaged in conversation and made their first connections – a wonderful opportunity to immediately feel part of the Weyermann® family.

Following this, our new talents received an in-depth tour of the company, offering fascinating insights into the world of specialty malts. They not only got to know the various departments but also the people behind the processes.

Another important part of the day was meeting their trainers – a first step in building trust and laying the foundation for successful collaboration.

During a shared lunch at the Weyermann® Guest Center, everyone had the chance to continue exchanging ideas in a relaxed atmosphere and get to know each other better.

In the afternoon, the apprentices were introduced to their respective departments and areas of work. This gave them a clear picture of what to expect in the coming weeks and months – and helped them prepare for their upcoming tasks.

A successful start that combined information, integration, and team spirit.

Our new apprentices are training to become Industrial Clerks, Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services Clerks, and Warehouse Logistics Specialists.
