“Color, Aroma, and Body – Perfectly Balanced” – Specialty Malts in Focus

On September 13, our colleague Max Berchtold, Sales Representative for Southern Germany & Austria, delivered an inspiring presentation titled “Color, Aroma, and Body – Perfectly Balanced” at the Home and Hobby Brewers’ Days (HHBT). The focus was on our Weyermann® Heirloom and Terroir malts, as well as our Weyermann® caramel and roasted malts – specialties that enrich beers with depth, character, and regional identity.

The Home and Hobby Brewers’ Days are the annual highlight of the German Home and Hobby Brewers Association (VHD). This three-day event offers expert lectures, tastings, a homebrewers’ market, and plenty of opportunities for exchange among brewers from all over Germany.
