Brewery Resource Roadshow 2025, Birmingham, Great Britain

Last Wednesday, the Brewery Resource Roadshow 2025 took place in the heart of the Midlands—an industry event hosted by our long-standing Weyermann® distribution partner for the UK, Charles Faram. Numerous professionals and enthusiasts from the brewing industry seized the opportunity to exchange ideas about current trends and innovations.

Representing Weyermann® with great dedication, Axel Jany, Weyermann® International Malting & Brewing Expert, and John S. Middleton, Weyermann® Representative UK, attended the event as ambassadors. The roadshow offered participants a diverse program featuring engaging educational seminars, interactive exhibition stands, and numerous opportunities to network with industry experts.

A particular highlight was Axel Jany’s presentation on “Flavour First – Lift your Lo/No with Specialty Malts” In his talk, he impressively demonstrated how specialty malts contribute to the flavor diversity of alcohol-free beers and open up new creative possibilities for breweries.
