We wish our Weyermann® International Malting & Brewing Expert Alirio Caldera a pleasant night flight on his way to Entre Rios, Brazil.
As an ambassador of our Bamberg specialty malt factory, he will participate in the international technical congress of our distribution partner Agraria.
The diverse congress program offers not only exciting insights into the Agraria Malte business division but also numerous expert lectures by renowned national and international brewing specialists.
As in previous years, Alirio Caldera is among the speakers. In his presentation, he will focus on “Enhancing beer flavor through proper malt selection.” Additionally, he will be available at his own booth to answer all questions regarding our specialty malt factory and the Weyermann® malt portfolio.
