Six Weyermann® malt and beer experts will expand their knowledge at the 20th Raw Materials and 55th Technological Seminar in Weihenstephan in the coming days.
The VBW Weihenstephan GmbH, invited to this annual series of seminars, in cooperation with the Chair of Brewing and Beverage Technology of the Technical University of Munich,
The events will take place in the familiar atmosphere on the Weihenstephan campus in the International Beverage Science Center (iGZW).
While important questions about the brewing raw materials barley, malt, hops and water will be discussed at the 20th raw materials seminar (March 14th), this year’s technological seminar will focus on new aspects of beer maturing, sustainability & CO2 reduction as well as fermentation technology.
