From malt to music: Weyermann trainees immerse themselves in Thomann’s world of sound

This month, our Weyermann® trainees were able to take an exciting look at another Franconian success story.

The route leads via the B22 to the Upper Franconian village of Treppendorf to the music store Thomann, the world market leader in the field of music equipment.

On site, our trainees were given an exclusive tour of the impressive Thomann campus by Gabriele Thomann, the daughter of founder Hans Thomann, with all the highlights of the company.

From the fascinating company history and state-of-the-art warehouse technology to the legendary Thollywood Studio – our trainees experienced first-hand how innovation and a comprehensive service concept come together.

Particularly impressive: the spectacular laser show, in which light, fog and music merged synchronously to create a magical experience!

After lunch together in the Thomann canteen, an inspiring day came to an end.

Such excursions not only strengthen the team spirit of our trainees, but also give them valuable insights into other successful companies.
