Weyermann® Running Team at the 1st Bamberg Corporate Run

On Thursday, July 2, 2026, the Weyermann® Running Team took part in the 1st Bamberg Corporate Run, bringing an active and eventful month of movement to a fitting conclusion.

Over the course of a month, participants collected kilometers in a variety of activities. Whether running, hiking, walking, or simply staying active in everyday life, every kilometer counted toward the overall result.

The Weyermann® Running Team was represented by 11 participants and achieved an impressive total distance of 3,136 kilometers. This corresponds to approximately 16 times the distance between Bamberg and our Weyermann® location in Clingen.

The highlight of the event was the joint 5.5-kilometer run around the Brose Arena on Thursday evening. Together with participants from numerous companies, our Weyermann® Running Team lined up at the start and enjoyed the special atmosphere of this inaugural event.

After crossing the finish line, the runners rounded off the successful evening with a traditional Franconian platter and many enjoyable conversations in a convivial setting at the Brose Arena. It was a wonderful opportunity to look back on the sporting achievements of the past month and strengthen the sense of community within the team.
