Weyermann® on Tour: Fedor Nikolashkin at the Prague Beer Fest in the Czech Republic

At the beginning of April, Fedor Nikolashkin, Weyermann® International Malting & Brewing Expert, travelled to the Czech Republic as a Weyermann® ambassador. During his visit, he attended the Prague Beer Fest and met with customers in the region.

The trip offered numerous opportunities for professional exchange, personal encounters, and in-depth discussions focusing on raw materials, brewing technology, and current developments within the brewing landscape.

The Prague Beer Fest is considered one of the central meeting points of the Czech and international beer community. A wide range of breweries presented their beers and used the platform to engage with colleagues, industry professionals, and partners from across the sector.

For Weyermann®, the event provided a suitable setting to maintain existing relationships and gather new insights from the country’s vibrant beer culture.

Alongside the festival, Fedor Nikolashkin took the opportunity to visit brewers in various regions of the Czech Republic together with our Weyermann® distribution partner Svoboda Fránková.

The focus was on direct dialogue, technical topics, and the exchange of ideas on recipes, sensory profiles, and the diverse applications of Weyermann® specialty malts.

The many conversations once again highlighted the value of personal exchange as the foundation for long-term, partnership-based cooperation.

We would like to thank Fedor Nikolashkin for his dedicated commitment on site and are pleased with the many impressions gathered from the Czech Republic.
