Thank you Andreas Richter, Weyermann® quality manager, for your delicious Chili con Carne at the end of the year!
Traditionally, Andreas Richter cooks Chili con Carne in the last week before Christmas for the administration team. For the vegans, vegetarians and "onion phobics" he prepared a "Burning Veggie" version.
His lab team helped him with the preparations and cut onions and vegetables diligently. Our master brewer Constantin Förtner provided various Weyermann® beer specialties to go along with it. And laboratory team member Cornelia Giehl made a gingerbread icecream, refined with Weyermann® malt extracts, as a dessert. Delicious!
