Weyermann® customer consultant Axel Jany discovering the Mexican Craft Beer Scene

Recently our international Weyermann® customer consultant Axel Jany travelled to Mexico, where he participated in the brewing seminar of our Weyermann® distribution partner for Mexico, MICerveSA, and the Beer Brothers event.
The purpose of the Brewing Seminar was to help brewers improve the quality of their beers by offering them information on the better use of the products that we supply to them, and to promote new products from our suppliers. Axel Jany showed the brewers how our Weyermann® specialty malts can influence their craft beer recipes in a lecture.
One day after the brewing seminar the Beer Brothers Event took place. Every year, Mexican Craft Brewers gather in a different city to participate in Beer Brothers, a private event in which brewers dedicate a day to meet each other, have fun and discuss aspects of the industry. MICerveSA has been a strong supporter and sponsor of this event since its beginning in 2013. Together with the approximately 180 participants Axel Jany enjoyed celebrating the Mexican Craft Beer culture.
We are pleased with these great impressions from Mexico and thank Axel Jany for being such a wonderful Weyermann® ambassador.
