Heineken audit successfully passed!

This week we welcomed the two auditors Krzysztof Wlaź and Leszek Skalski from Heineken from Poland to a customer audit.
Heineken is one of the largest brewery groups in the world!
Thanks to an exemplary preparation and monitoring of the audit by the Weyermann® team of the quality management and assurance - Andreas Richter, head of quality assurance and management, and Andrea Hahn, QMR representative quality management and Weyermann® plant manager Jürgen Buhrmann, Weyermann® production manager Daniel Demetrowitsch, Aishagul Schleicher, Weyermann® grain purchase, and Larissa Diesendorf, Export Coordinator and Key Account Assistant, the audit was successfully completed and Weyermann® could thus assert its position as ”approved supplier for brew malt, special malt and malt extract“ once again.
The auditors from Poland praised the high hygiene status at Weyermann®. Furthermore, they were impressed from our commitment to the production of craft beers and whiskey.
Both auditors look forward to continue the long-term and good business relationship with Weyermann® Malts.
