We continue to grow in May!

Our team continues to grow and we are happy to welcome a new maltster among our 190 employees!
In May Joachim Hoffmann will start working at the malthouse. At the brewery in Baunach he learned the profession of a brewer and maltster. After his training his professional career led him to the St. Georgen Bräu in Buttenheim. There he worked in all areas of production of the brewery motivated and independently. Thus he is familiar with the wort production in the brewhouse as well as the fermentation, filtration and bottling. Looking for a career change Joachim Hoffmann applied to us.
We warmly welcome Joachim Hoffmann and wish a lot of fun at his new workplace!
