Weyermann® Inside News: We welcome Michael Hönig to the team!

As of September 1st, 2018 Michael Hönig will start working as a brewer at Weyermann® Malts.
The trained brewer and maltster completed his training at the brewery Göller in Zeil am Main.
In addition to his training, he worked in the company of his family - the brewery Hönig in Tiefenellern – where he was able to gain a lot of experience.
Mr. Hönig is more than happy to be able to contribute his knowledge in the Weyermann® brewmanufacture and gain new experiences.
He is especially looking forward to use our various malts and to brew numerous Weyermann® beers.
Michael Hönig is the cousin of Stefan Hönig, our production manager of the Heinz Weyermann® Roasted Malt Beer Brewery.
We warmly welcome Michael Hönig to our team and wish him a lot of fun and joy at his new workplace!
