Caldic Brew Seminar 2016 in Helsinki a great success!

„It was an awesome seminar!“, Ulrich Ferstl, Weyermann® team leader customer consultants and food department, said about the Caldi Brew Seminar 2016 in Helsinki, which he attended on Thursday.

Host of the seminar was Caldic Ingredients Denmark A/S, our Weyermann® distribution partner for Denmark, Norway, Finland, Iceland, Lithuania, Latvia, Greenland and the Faroe Islands. The event took place in the Bryggeri Helsinik, a Weyermann® customer.

Weyermann® ambassador Ulrich Ferstl held a lecture on Weyermann® Malts for the 50 seminar participants. Also Andrew Whally from Charles Faram, our Weyermann® distribution partner for Great Britain, and Charlotte Wallart from Fermentis, the largest dry yeast producer of the world, whose exclusive representative in Germany, Austria and Switzerland we have been holding for over 13 years, gave a lecture. Moreover the seminar participants had the opportunity to network and exchange views.

Ulrich Ferstl handed over a Weyermann® malt display to Matthias Hüber, thanking him for providing the localities and the good hospitality during the seminar. In return Ulrich Ferstl received a T-Shirt from the Bryggeri Helsinik.
