Weyermann® on tour: Meeting of the Bavarian Baker’s Association

This year the annual meeting of the Bavarian Baker’s Association took place in Bamberg, our beautiful home city.
And of course our Weyermann® craft baker Friedrich Rauh attended this event too.
Thus the members of the Association met Saturday night to a sociable evening, that included a little dance event. On Sunday the bakers met and discussed legal innovations that affect their craft.
Throughout the weekend, some bakers were on site with exhibition stands to present different aspects of their craft, as was Friedrich Rauh. Our craft baker gave information about baking with Weyermann® Malts and showed that malts are not just interesting for brewers.
We thank Friedrich Rauh for the wonderful representation and we hope that he will further have fun while baking with Weyermann® Malts.
