Agraria Malt Workshop in Brazil - with Weyermann® Malts

Last week our Weyermann® Plant Manager Jürgen Buhrmann was on tour in Brazil, accompanied from his wife Ulrike Buhrmann.
At the malt workshop of our Weyermann® distribution partner for Brazil Cooperativa Agrária Agroindustrial, Jürgen Buhrmann gave a lecture on the Berliner Weisse and Belgian Sour Beers in front of 100 interested Brazilian brewers at the cultural center of Cooperativa Agraria.
Then, on Friday afternoon they gathered in order to brew a Berliner Weisse together with Agraria brewmaster Alexander Schwarz – of course with the malts of Weyermann® Malts!
