Traditional chilli eating to ethe end of year at Weyermann® Malts

Traditionally Weyermann® head of quality assurance and management Andreas Richter cooks an extra hot chili to end the year. Following the motto “If it is too hot, you´re too weak!”, the Weyermann® team has once again proven strength! For cooling off there was the creamy-sweet Weyermann® malt ice cream manufactured by our ice cream expert Cornelia Giehl (food technologist at the Weyermann® central laboratory). The Romanian-born, who also produces our candy malt, always comes up with new Weyermann® malt ice cream creations: this time a Christmas gingerbread version with gingerbread spices and gingerbread crumbles as a topping. Many thanks to Andreas Richter, Cornelia Giehl, and all involved in the preparation and course of the Weyermann® management for the possibility of this popular annual end of year.
