We are back home in San Diego now and had a great time on our honeymoon. We just wanted to say thank you again for setting up our tour at Weyermann. Since my wife and I are both homebrewers, the tour was one of the highlights of our trip. Please let Wolfgang know how much we enjoyed the tour and his hospitality. He is a great tour guide!

Hope all is well!
We recently won a gold medal at the World Beer Cup for our German Altbier, called ALTeration.
We use 100% Weyermann malts for all of the beers that we produce at Hops & Grain in Austin, TX.
I wanted to see if it is possible to receive the famous red overalls for myself and my assistant brewer?
Thanks for your time and great malts!

|Sehr geehrte Frau Weyermann,
|Hello! Thank you so much for opening the fan shop when we visited Bamberg and your plant on the 6th September! We really enjoyed our visit. I was able to take home some things. I have two questions:
I would like to brew a version of Spezial base rauchbier lager, which is mildly smoked and perfectly balanced. Do you have a recommended recipe for that?
Secondly, when we were there we tried your delicious licorice porter and the counter manager gave us the recipe. It made me wonder - do you have a place online where we can access the recipes from your test brewery? I would like to learn more about German beers and I think that would be a good way to go.
Thank you! Prost!
