Weyermann® Christmas Chili 2019

And with today’s traditional event, our Christmas Chili, our anniversary year 2019 is slowly coming to and end.

The traditional Christmas Chilli in the week before Christmas, which our quality manager Andreas Richter has brought into our lives, is always organized by the Weyermann® QS-QM team.

Just in time for lunch the employees came together in the Weyermann® central laboratory and cateen to enjoy the delicious chili con carne (also a version for the vegans).

Our craft baker Friedrich Rauh had baked some crispy baguette sticks to go along with it and our brewery team provided enough "extinguishing liquid" with various Weyermann® beer specialties.

Our laboratoy fairy Cornelia Giehl once again made a lovely ice cream as dessert. „It is an ice cream made with cream, cinnamon, Weyermann® Vienna Red and Bavarian Pilsner malt extrat, and my secret ingredient ‚Love for our products‘.“

Many thanks go to our labortory team for this hot and spicy treat at the end of the year!
