Weyermann® Malts sponsors MicroBrew Symposium in Mumbai

Today, on the day before the drink technology India takes place in Mumbai, the MicroBrewSymposium Mumbai takes place. Weyermann® Malts serves as a sponsor and Axel Jany, our international Weyermann® customer consultant, will represent us there.
The MicroBrew Symposium Mumbai is organized from the VLB Berlin (Research and Teaching Institute for Brewing). It addresses owners, brewers and brewmasters from craft and pub breweries as well as their suppliers in India. The topics are focused on technological and quality aspects of craft beer brewing on a professional level.
The aim is to share concentrated brewing education to improve brewing quality and performance as well as providing a platform for networking and communication.
Graduate brewmaster Axel Jany will give a lecture and explain the product portfolio of the world market leader for specialty malts with more than 85 products. We wish him best of luck!
