Weyermann® ambassador trio at the 5th European Microbrew Symposium 2016

Yesterday the 5th European Microbrew Symposium 2016 – sponsored from Weyermann® Malts – took place at the Convention Center in Nuremberg and was hosted from the VLB Berlin (research and teaching institute for brewery in Berlin).
The conference addresses brewers from the craft beer scene in Europe and is all about technological and quality aspects of beer brewing on a professional level.
Our ambassadors on-site were Weyermann® team leader customer consultant and food area Ulrich Ferstl, Weyermann® customer consultant Karl-Ludwig Rieck and Weyermann® distiller Denise Jones.
Ulrich Ferstl held a lecture on the subject of “Authentic Weyermann® malt varieties for authentic beer styles”. Following his lecture our three ambassadors informed all interested parties about the specialty malts of the world market leader at a Weyermann® booth.
The European Microbrew Symposium is always the highlight event prior to the Brau Beviale in Nuremberg, the biggest trade fair for the brewing industry. You will find Weyermann® Malts in hall 1 at booth #403. Come on over!
