We welcome Yovcho Byalkov to the Weyermann® Team!

Our team grows and grows! As of June 1st, we sincerely welcome Yovcho Byalkov to the Weyermann® team. The native Bulgarian visited a foreign language high school in Bulgaria, so that he has very good language skills in German, English and Russian. At the Technical University of Munich the young man studied Brewing and could successfully complete this training with the title diploma brewmaster.
From October 2009 to September 2010 he completed an internship as part of a project in the area of maintenance and production at Weyermann® Malts. This project was a building block for the introduction of our computerized maintenance.
Yovcho Byalkov worked at the pub brewery Airbräu as a brewer. In the Bavarian State Brewery Weihenstephan, he gained experience in the fields of brewery tours and also held beer tastings. Most recently he worked as a production manager at the Gipsy Hill Brewing Company in London.Due to the different activities, he was able to expand his knowledge in various areas and put it into practice.
Now his journey takes him back to the red and yellow Weyermann® world in which he will apply his knowledge as a production manager in Haßfurt. Yovcho Byalkov is looking forward to his new challenges and to the many partially familiar faces in the Weyermann® team. He already appreciated the special working atmosphere during his internship.
