|Dear friends at Weyermanns,
I once was talked into buying another malt. I promise I will never do it again. Life is too short to drink bad beer.
You are the best and I thank you.

|To all you beautiful people at Weyermann, I just wanted to reach out and extend a huge thank you to all 170 of your employees for continuously creating and delivering such high quality products. Through my years of brewing I have found that the malt your company provides falls second to none! I work for Iron Hill Brewery and Restaurant in our Voorhees, New Jersey location (USA) and try to use your malt as much as possible and it certainly has payed off. This year at World Beer Cup I was able to take home a GOLD medal for my Bedotter in the category Belgian Style Tripel. I would like to thank you for crafting such an amazing Pilsner malt which accounted for almost 80% of my grist bill! Keep up the great work so the world can keep creating high quality delicious beer!!
Antwort: Hi Justin!

I have returned to Canada, getting back to the daily brew life.
I was so pleased to be met with such enthusiasm and hospitality at Weyermann. You and Peter and Victor were patient and kind hosts at the brewery. Stefan treated me like a king on the extensive tour of the entire facility. I am greatly indebted to you all for your generosity.
I really enjoyed tasting the brews you are making there. The demonstration of the Sinamar was quite eye-opening.
I intend to try some out soon on our pilot brewing system.
Of particular note to me was the Maibock. I thought that it was an incredibly flavourful beer.
I wonder if you could be so kind as to offer recipe advice to me, as I am inclined to try to brew one here. If you have suggestions as to malt and their percentages, as well as hops and yeast that you know work well with the style, I would be most appreciative.
Thanks again for the great experience.

|Dear Thomas, Sabine, Ulrich, and Dominik,
I am writing to thank you for the opportunity to work as a Praktikant for the first two weeks of April. Working in the Versuchsbrauerei at Weyermann was an unforgettable experience and the amount of knowledge I have brought back with me to the U.S is immense. Not only that, but the people I met and the relationships I formed at Weyermann are some that I will have for the rest of my life.
Thank you for allowing me this opportunity. It was truly an honor to work at Weyermann and to wear the red and yellow, if only for a short time. Thanks to you all, I am a better brewer today that I was when I first arrived in Bamberg.
