I just wanted to share some good news with you - Kinetic Brewing Co. won two bronze medals at GABF, one of which was in the German-style Kölsch category with our rendition of a Kölsch, Potential Blonde. I strive to use the best ingredients in everything I brew, and Potential Blonde is no exception - the grain bill consists of 90% Weyermann Bohemian Pilsner malt and 10% Weyermann Pale Wheat Malt, along with noble German hops to produce a delicate beer that has become one of our best sellers in the Los Angeles market.
Honestly, I do not think our success in the Kölsch category at GABF would have been possible without Weyermann malts. |Hello! My name is Dave Marliave, the brewmaster at Flat Tail Brewing Co. in Corvallis, OR. We recently had the honor of taking home two GABF medals with two Weyermann Pilsner based beers: a Kolsch Style Ale and a Dry-Hopped Petit Saison. Without trying to be overly forward, it has been a dream of mine to mash in wearing a pair of red Weyermann® overalls, so I thought I reach out and let you know. im Namen aller Kollegen und Mitarbeiter am Standort Haßfurt möchte ich mich für den gestrigen Abend bedanken. Anlässlich des 20. Betriebsjubiläums von Manfred Grimmer gingen wir nach der Arbeit gemeinsam Essen. Es war wieder einmal eine angenehme Abwechslung zum gewohnten Arbeitsaltag, was auch die sehr gute Stimmung zeigte.
