"Weyermen" hear lecture on dairy products

Are dairy products really as unhealthy as claimed?
The experienced alternative practitioner, physiognomist and author Winfried Ducke informed a group of Weyermann® employees about this controversial topic of dairy products within a Weyermann® academy event on Tuesday evening.

Thus, dairy products seem to have a negative impact on the immune system, are suspected to trigger allergies, to favor the development of cancer and to promote bone diseases such as osteoporosis. Winfried Ducke urged the interested listeners to abandon milk proteins (for example, milk, buttermilk, kefir and yogurt) and replace them with milk fats (for example, cream, sour cream, butter and cheese with a higher fat percentage).

To demonstrate the effect of a change regarding dairy products, Winfried Ducke told some success stories of his patients. All "Weyermen" were extremely impressed by the new findings regarding dairy products and were directly inspired to implement the advice of the alternative practitioner.
