Dear Ms. Weyermann,
Guten Tag. I would like to inquire about the possibility of purchasing one of the red and yellow jumpsuits that are given as prizes to professional brewers that win awards with your malts. I am a homebrewer that won an award using a combination of your Munich I and Pale Ale Malt in an American Pale Ale recipe I developed.
I use only Weyermann® malts in my recipes because I have found your product to produce the best, most consistent results compared to other brands and it would be an honor to wear one of the jumpsuits during my brew sessions. I understand it may not be possible to honor this request and it will in no way effect my decision to continue using your product, but I thought it could not hurt to ask!
Vielen Dank!

Dear Helen,
After you asked me to confirm my address, I waited with baited breath for my parcel to arrive. As you know, I was away over Christmas and New Year´s Day so it was really nice to know that it was going to be delivered on my return. I wondered what it might be, a deskpad maybe, but I never expected the fantastic recipe book. What a great project...believe it or not, having not been to the CBC in 2010, and having obviously not read my emails properly, I hadn´t registered the fact that it was completed and available. In retrospect I remember that Horst Dornbusch had asked me months and months ago for some information, but I now realize that it was for something different, a New Brewer article I believe.
It´s really well put together, I like the paper quality and binder, everything about it. The only thing is, it´s made it even easier for anyone with a good feel for brewing to make great beer!
Thanks also for the placemat book form the Rechenberger brewery. You and Sabine were quite right, it´s just the kind of thing for me and is full of all kinds of details and drawings of equipment that I haven´t seen anywhere else.
I´m very grateful for these surprises. It has always been a pleasure doing business with you but this is the icing on the cake!
Warm regards,
Michael

Dear Sabine,
First of all let me say you, congratulations for your nice company Weyermann and its nice malt!
We are a little beer producer from Spain, and from the beginning of our little company (2007,

Hi Helen and Sean,
Helen thanks for your email and yesterdays phone call.
WOW!!!
I am very happy with all the improvements that Beer Barons (the new owners of King Brewery) are providing to the new King Brewery. I am very confident and happy with the acquisition of King Brewery.
The future looks very promising, we will distribute King Pilsner, King Vienna and King Dark lager widely all over Ontario.
With Beer Barons help I will have opportunity to express myself as Brew Master and King Beers will now live past my lifetime.
Sean Fleming (CEO of King Brewery and Beer Barons) and I have just discussed the future malt business of King Brewery. The relationship with Gilberston &Page and Weyermann malts is very important to us here at King Brewery. As I expressed with Helen yesterday in our phone call, I have great confidence in Sabine and Thomas Weyermann. They have always been very supportive to me and King Brewery.
King Brewery would like to stay connected for supply and future collaborations with Weyermann malt. Our connection with Germany is important, Beer Barons also distribute Weihenstephan beers exclusively to all of Canada! I look forward to visiting Weinenstephan Brewery and Weyermann Malting sometime late this year.
King Brewery is Canada´s leading European style lager brewer and I feel that Weyermann malt are best for my recipes.
Hi Sabine and Thomas,
Happy new year,
thanks very much for the wonderful King Pilsner recogoniton award! It will hang proudly in King Brewery.

Phil

Dear Sabine and Thomas,
Thank you so much for the wonderful trip to visit Weyermann® Malting. I am "hooked" and look forward to returning to visit again. I was greatly impressed by your facility but was even more impressed by the teamwork and family nature of your employees. It was also great to see what you call the "United Nations of Weyermann®", beautiful people from all over the world working toward making the best crafted beer. It was terrific to be reminded that craft brewing ist now a world wide movement.
Thank you for your hospitallity an generosity. When on the east coast of the U.S., please pay us a visit in Virginia.
All the best,
Jason Oliver
