Weyermann® on tour: 7th European Microbrew Symposium 2019

“Weyermann® Specialty Malts for Craft Brewers – New Trends in Malting”, is the title of this year’s lecture from Axel Jany, Weyermann® customer consultant international, which he will hold at the 7th European Microbrew Symposium 2019 today.
The 7th European Microbrew Symposium 2019 – co-sponsored by Weyermann® Malts – takes place at the Convention Center in Nuremberg. It is hosted from the VLB Berlin (research and teaching institute for brewery in Berlin).
The conference addresses brewers from the craft beer scene in Europe and is all about technological and quality aspects of beer brewing on a professional level.
Following his lecture Axel Jany will inform all interested parties about the specialty malts of the world market leader at a red and yellow Weyermann® booth.
We wish him a great time at the highlight event prior to the Brau Beviale in Nuremberg!
