Successful repeat audit at the Heinz Weyermann® roasted malt beer brewery

We start off this weekend with great news from the Heinz Weyermann® roasted malt beer brewery:

Without deviations we successfully passed yesterday’s repeat audit according to FCCS conducted from Brigitte Kellerer-Mikschl (SGS ICS) in the roasted malt beer brewery.

The FCCS standard is one of the strictest standards in the food industry and is worldwide recognized by the GFSI (Global Food System Initiative) as well as the standards IFS and BRC.

Brigitte Kellerer-Mikschl was impressed by the development of the Food Safety Systems and the practical implementation in the roasted malt beer brewery.

Thanks for the excellent audit preparation and conduct go to Andreas Richter (head of quality assurance and management), Andrea Hahn (QMR representative quality management), Stefan Hönig (production manager Heinz Weyermann® roasted malt beer brewery) and his employees, as well as Jürgen Buhrmann (plant manager Bamberg), Tanja Hollfelder (assistant quality management) and Sebastian Fork (working student quality assurance and management).

In total Weyermann® Malts can show 31 different certificates (including all language versions), whose validity always needs to be extended by new audits. Thus all customers can always be sure to be supplied with best quality goods from the world market leader regarding specialty malts!
