It has been a little hectic in the last few weeks after GABF but Matt and I wanted to send a heartfelt thanks to you and all of the Weyermann staff for continuing to produce outstanding quality malt. We wouldn t have won gold in the Schwarz category without Weyermann Carafa!

|Just wanted to tell you how pleasantly surprised I was to take a tour of the Gordon Biersch brewery located not too far from our home and to see many, many bags of Weyermann malt!
When my wife and I lived in Bamberg (Mittelstrasse), we could see your factory from our balcony - we miss Bamberg! =)
|I am looking at brewing an Oktoberfest style munich style beer and was wondering if you could make a suggestion as to the proportions of vienna malt to munich malt and if i should include any Caramunich or Carahell to the malt bill. Thanks for the consistant product!

Weyermann Vienna Malt: 60%
Weyermann Munich Malt Type 2: 28%
Weyermann Caramünch® Typ 2: 10%
Weyermann Carafa spezial® Typ 1: 2%
