Weyermann® Distilling Seminar 2019

Last week, we welcomed 16 Weyermann® distribution partners from 10 countries to a Weyermann® Distilling Seminar.

In a perfect mix of theory and practice, our master distiller Philipp Schwarz passed on his knowledge in distilling with our high quality Weyermann® specialty malts to the participants.

So they excitedly experienced different lectures, amongst others from special guest Volker Dietrich of Arnold Holstein GmbH (a producer of distilling plants) and Markus Eder of Wilhelm Eder GmbH (barrel manufacturer).

Furthermore, they assisted Philipp Schwarz while distilling and visited Weyermann® customer Brauhaus am Kreuzberg in Hallerndorf-Schnaid.

A glimpse behind the curtains of out specialty malts production, a beer tasting session and a visit to our own craft bakery made this eventful week complete.

This comprehensive training enables our partners to be even better Weyermann® ambassadors thereby facing our customers on an even higher level of expertise and competence.
