Great success for Weyermann® at this year´s Meininger’s International Craft Beer Awards

Wonderful news to kick off this Tuesday: four Weyermann® beers have been awarded at this year´s Meininger´s International Craft Beer Awards!
Our Weyermann® Schlotfegerla® and Weyermann® Barley Wine received a platinum award and our Weyermann® IPA and Weyermann® Barrel Aged Barely Wine a silver award.
Congratulations to our brewmaster Constantin Förtner and his team in our brewmanufacture to this deserved success!
All 4 Weyermann® beers are available at our Weyermann® Craft Beer Fan Shop in Bamberg.
We also want to congratulate all other lucky winners, especially our many Weyermann® customers, who were also able to take home one or more awards. These include the Störebeker Braumanufaktur GmbH (Stralsund), Lemke brewery and Stone Brewing (Berlin), Boston Beer Company and Firestone Walker Brewing Company (USA), Mahou (Spain),Kronprinz Bamberg (Bamberg), Brewery Hönig (Litzendorf) and many more.
1229 beers from 31 countries were submitted to the beer competition this year and evaluated by an expert jury consisting of almost 100 beer experts.
