Weyermann® brewing seminar 2016

After a successful trade fair week at the Brau Beviale 2016, the Weyermann® distribution partner seminar and evening as well as the legendary Weyermann® Bavarian Party, a two-day brewing seminar followed at the Weyermann® brew manufacture.
Together with Weyermann® brewmaster Dominik Maldoner the participants brewed a batch of Bamberger Hofbräu® Exquisator and Weyermann® Berliner Weisse.
In several presentations from our Weyermann® customer consultants Karl-Ludwig Rieck and Stefan Gottschall they learned more about the technological aspects of Weyermann® Malts and the recipes from the Bamberger Hofbräu® Exquisator and the Weyermann® Berliner Weisse. During the presentations the excited participants were able to taste selected beers from the respective beer style.
In the Weyermann® distillery they learned all about whisky and gin from our Weyermann® distiller Denise Jones and were also allowed to taste from the noble drop.
Also a guided tour through the Bamberg traditional company was part of the program and gave the participants a nice overview of our red and yellow Weyermann® world.
